Terms of Service

By signing in to Royvo you agree to these terms. If you're using Royvo on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to this agreement.

• You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep your password safe.
• You must be 16 or older to use Royvo.
• One account per person; share workspaces, not logins.

Content Royvo generates for your workspace is yours to use. You're responsible for reviewing it before you publish — AI makes mistakes, and you're the one putting your brand on the line.

• Use Royvo to generate hateful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Upload anything you don't have the rights to.
• Probe or attack the platform's security.

If you do any of the above, we can suspend or terminate your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency listed on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal, it does not refund the current period. If we ever change pricing for your plan we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance.

We work hard to keep Royvo up, but we don't promise zero downtime. Maintenance windows happen. If we have a major outage we'll tell you about it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Royvo's total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can close your account anytime from your settings or by emailing us. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

If we change these terms materially, we'll email account holders and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
