Royvo (royvo.ai) is operated by the Royvo team. If you have any question about your data, write to info@royvo.ai.

• Account data: your name, email, and authentication info (handled by our auth provider).
• Workspace content: the briefs, drafts, URLs, brand assets, and feedback you put into Royvo so we can produce output for you.
• Usage data: basic page views and feature events (only if you accepted cookies), plus error logs we use to fix bugs.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor — we don't store card numbers.

• To run the product: generate plans, drafts, and feedback for your workspace.
• To keep you signed in and your data isolated from other workspaces.
• To send you product, billing, and support email related to your account.
• To improve Royvo — by looking at aggregate usage, not by reading your drafts for fun.

We only share data with vendors we need to run Royvo:

• Our cloud host and database provider.
• The AI model providers that generate output (your content is sent to them so they can complete the request).
• Our email and payment providers.
• Authorities, only when legally required.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your private workspace content to train public models.

We use a small number of cookies: ones we need to keep you signed in, and ones for product analytics that only load after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser storage for royvo.ai.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email info@royvo.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA) you may have additional rights — we honour all of them.

We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your content within 30 days, except where we have to keep some records for legal/accounting reasons.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per workspace, and only the engineers who need access to fix a specific issue ever look at production data.

If we change anything material we'll email account holders and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Royvo after a change means you accept the new policy.
